The Elite series in their various color ranges were inspired by the artist’s need to explore the boundaries of the exciting medium of Dichroic glass.
A greater precision and control of the effects became more desirable and achievable using different firing ranges. When Dichroic glass is fired at lower temperatures the brilliance of the glass is more intense and the colors shimmer with unexpected highlights. The textures within the glass are maintained in all their intricacies adding wonderful depth to these art pieces. All of these elements go to make this Elite series more extravagant and truly fanciful works of wearable art. Their forms and embellishments make them a distinctive statement of the wearer’s style and grace.
